Don Kremmel

Don founded Employers Solutions, Inc. with his business partner in November of 1999. Employers Solutions is a full-service Professional Employer Organization that handles all aspects of Human Resources, Workers’ Compensation, Benefits Administration, Risk Management, Payroll Processing, & Regulatory Compliance for their clients to allow them to focus more time on their core competencies to grow their businesses and increase both revenue and profit.

Don has been a member of the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce since 2003, and became an Ambassador in 2004. He gets satisfaction in giving back to the Colorado Springs community that has been so instrumental in helping his own company grow and prosper. He strongly recommends joining the Chamber to all businesses, and for any individual who has the time to devote, he suggests they consider becoming an Ambassador.

Rene Perreault

As November’s Ambassador of the Month, Rene Perreault admits that one of the greatest things about this distinction is the opportunity to meet and get to know other Ambassadors; something he has been doing for 19 years. Rene celebrated his 20th year as a Chamber member this year, during which time he has served on the Advisory Board, Business Initiative Group, and the GAPP committee, among others. A newcomer to Colorado Springs in 1991, he originally joined the Chamber to meet other business professionals and as a way to grow his own insurance business. “Although that is still important,” says Rene, “I find that I enjoy even more the opportunity to give back to the community as an Ambassador, and I like to be with others who feel the same way.”
