David P. (Dave) Csintyan

Dave joined the Chamber in September 2002 as their Chief Operating Officer. In the nearly six years that have transpired since that time, Dave has held a variety of other positions in the Chamber culminating with his selection as the CEO in February of 2008.
Dave is a career Air Force officer serving nearly 28 years in a variety of headquarter and base level assignments around the globe. Dave’s career culminated at the United States Air Force Academy where he served as the Air Base Wing Commander from 1994 to 1996.
After retiring from the Air Force, Dave worked as an operations manager for an environmental services company in Portland, ME; an intern/executive assistant to the President of the USAA Property and Casualty Company; and as the President of a Virginia-based technology company prior to joining the Chamber.
Dave is a graduate of the University of Michigan earning a BA in Business Administration and holds an MA in Organizational Behavior from Central Michigan University. Dave and his wife, Margo, have one daughter, Stephannie, who with her family, resides in Seattle, WA.
