The Chamber Colorado Springs

MILITARY AFFAIRS COUNCIL

2009 MACFormed in 1941, the Chamber's Military Affairs Council is one of the oldest and strongest in the country. Over 250 members pay an annual participation fee in addition to their Chamber dues to be a member of the Council.

The Military Affairs Council (MAC)actively supports a strong, effective national defense and our uniformed services.  Members develop and maintain an environment which economically and culturally supports a viable military presence in our community, and provides a superior quality of life for its members.

The Chair of the MAC is also the Chair of the Military Affairs Council Advisory Board.  MAC related activities occur throughout the year.  These include the following:

- Hail and Farewell Receptions for our Military Leaders
- Farewell Receptions for the Senior Military Leaders
- MAC General Membership Meetings
- Annual MAC/Colorado 30 Group Holiday Reception
- Base Orientation Visits
